Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. (Sunshine 100) has released its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, detailing performance data for its headquarters and major project offices in Shenyang, Qingyuan, Weifang and Jinan.

The Board retains full responsibility for ESG strategy and risk oversight, and engaged an independent adviser to conduct this year’s materiality assessment. Nine issues—spanning environmental compliance, waste management, occupational health and safety, quality management, customer privacy protection and anti-corruption—were classified as material.

Environmental metrics show direct (Scope 1) greenhouse-gas emissions at 21 tCO2e and indirect (Scope 2) emissions at 132 tCO2e, bringing total Scope 1 & 2 emissions to 153 tCO2e. Including selected Scope 3 categories, total emissions reached 204 tCO2e, equal to 1.57 tCO2e per employee. Air-pollutant outputs fell after two offices in Wuhan and Wuxi were excluded from the reporting boundary. Total energy use was 332 MWh (0.22 MWh per employee) and water consumption was 12,290 m³ (79.29 m³ per employee). The Group has set three quantified targets for 2026 (baseline 2024): • 3 % reduction in Scope 1 & 2 emission intensity • 3 % reduction in non-hazardous waste intensity • 3 % reduction in total energy-consumption intensity

Waste management emphasised “source reduction” and domestic-waste classification; all hazardous and non-hazardous waste was handled by licensed contractors.

On governance, Sunshine 100 maintained a zero-case record for corruption and litigation. All suppliers must sign integrity pledges, and whistle-blower hotlines, website portals and reward mechanisms are in place. Anti-corruption training was delivered online to directors and staff.

Human-capital data show 1,481 full-time employees, all based in mainland China. No work-related fatalities occurred, and occupational-safety indicators remained at zero. Training is provided through six modules, and the Group offers professional-exam allowances and paid study leave.

Community investment totalled RMB 0.66 million across culture, sports, education and health programmes, supported by 6,138 volunteer hours. Signature events included the “Su Chao” night market in Yixing, a Dragon Boat Race & Water Carnival, and heritage-themed activities in Liuzhou and Lijiang.

Looking ahead, Sunshine 100 will continue to align ESG initiatives with HKEX Appendix C2 requirements and China’s “Dual Carbon” goals, while tracking progress against its 2026 intensity-reduction targets.
