Kong Sun Holdings Limited (295) Announces Extraordinary General Meeting to Consider Adoption of Share Scheme

Kong Sun Holdings Limited (295) has issued a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, 12 December 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at Unit 803-4, 8/F, Everbright Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

The EGM’s agenda focuses on an ordinary resolution regarding a proposed share scheme. If approved, it will enable the granting of share options and share awards under specific rules and authorize directors to allot, issue, and deal with requisite shares. The resolution also stipulates that the total number of shares issued for such purposes will not exceed 10% of total shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) as of the date of the resolution’s approval.

Attendees eligible to vote must ensure any required share transfers are lodged with the share registrar by 4:30 p.m. on 8 December 2025. The register of members will be closed from 9 December 2025 to 12 December 2025. Shareholders are advised to submit proxy forms at least 48 hours before the EGM if they cannot attend in person.

According to the notice, the EGM date may be subject to adjournment if Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted, or if a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions caused by a super typhoon” is in force in Hong Kong on the scheduled morning.
