润歌互动有限公司(02422)于香港联交所主板上市，4月28日发布公告称，将在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求批准一项股份购回授权，授权董事于指定期间内按不超过公司已发行股本(不包括库存股份)总数的10%进行股份购回。根据公告，润歌互动当前已发行股份总数约16.60亿股，因此若该授权获通过，购回规模最多可达1.66亿股。
公告显示，此次购回将通过合法资金来源进行，并依据开曼群岛适用法律及香港联交所上市规则展开。董事会表示，回购股份有助于提升公司资产净值和每股盈利水平，符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。公司近期月度最高与最低股价分别在1.76港元至0.35港元之间(综合过去12个月公布，具体以公告所列为准)。
公司指出，股东周年大会定于6月26日(星期五)下午2时在中国杭州市富阳区银湖街道银溪路77号润歌大楼19楼举行。凡有意出席大会并投票的股东，须于6月22日(星期一)下午4时30分前完成股份过户登记；6月23日至6月26日暂停办理过户。董事会同时建议重新选举部分董事并续聘核数师，相关提案亦将在会上一并审议。
