重庆农村商业银行(03618)在2026年5月28日举行的2025年度股东会上，通过了2025年度利润分配方案，将派发末期现金股息。
根据决议，公司将以每10股派发人民币1.1755元（含税）的标准派息，股息总额约人民币13.35亿元（含税）。末期股息将于2026年7月27日（星期一）向H股股东派发，有权获派的H股股东须于2026年6月15日（星期一）营业时间结束时名列公司H股股东名册。A股派息安排将适时另行公布。
公司为H股股东提供币种选择权，股东可选定以人民币或港元收取末期股息，折算汇率将按股东选择币种开始日之前五个工作日中国外汇交易中心每天11时公布的人民币对港元参考汇率的平均值厘定。
同日，股东会还批准了2026年中期利润分配安排的议案，授权董事会制定并实施中期分红具体方案。
