深圳高速公路股份(00548)公布，2025年度股东会已批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.244元（税前）。H股股息将以港币支付，折算价为每股港币0.280561元（含税），预计于2026年8月25日或之前派发。
H股股东末期股息权益登记日为2026年7月13日。公司将于2026年7月7日至7月13日暂停办理H股股份过户登记，H股股东须于7月6日下午4时30分前递交转让文件以符合收息资格。通过港股通投资H股的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，将按20%税率代扣个人所得税；内地企业投资者则自行申报缴税，公司不代扣。对于H股非居民企业股东，公司统一按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；H股个人股东一般按10%税率扣缴个人所得税，但税务法规另有规定者除外。
A股股息派发具体安排将于近期在上海证券交易所网站另行公告。本次股东会亦审议通过了董事会报告、高管薪酬管理制度、2026年度财务预算、续聘审计师、担保事项授权及债券发行一般授权等多项议案。
