Sunpower Group Ltd. announced on Aug, 13 2026 that its Board has alerted shareholders to the possibility of a transaction involving the company’s ordinary shares.
The Board stated that no decision has been made to proceed with any specific deal and there is no certainty that a transaction will occur. Management will continue monitoring developments and will release additional information in line with regulatory requirements if the situation progresses.
