泰达生物（08189）29日发布盈利警告称，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得约8,500万元人民币的股东应占亏损，而上一财年（2024年度）公司录得亏损2,780.22万元人民币（折合27,802,241元）。按可比口径计算，本年度亏损规模预计同比扩大约205%。
公司指出，亏损扩大的主要原因包括： 1. 复合肥行业经营环境持续承压，尿素、磷铵、钾肥、硫磺等主要原材料价格在高位波动； 2. 中东地缘局势紧张导致全球原料供应链波动加剧，市场对后续原材料价格维持较高预期； 3. 行业整体需求疲弱、竞争加剧，产品售价跟涨乏力，盈利空间被持续压缩； 4. 受市场环境及资产状况影响，公司对应收账款、预付款项、固定资产及厂房土地等计提的资产减值拨备大幅增加。
公告同时提示，相关数据基于董事会对集团截至报告期业绩的初步评估，最终经审计结果可能有所调整。公司计划于2026年3月底前披露经审核的2025年度业绩。
