Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 3, a shareholder of KINGLAND GROUP (01751) transferred shares from Astrum Capital Management to HSBC, with a transfer value of HK$13.04 million, accounting for 5.80% of the company's shares. Prior to this, KINGLAND GROUP announced the appointment of Mr. Cao Yifan as Executive Director and Co-Chairman of the Board, effective from October 23, 2025.
