On 2 October 2026, The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited (CROSS-HARBOUR) released its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming stable capital metrics and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) rules.

The listed ordinary share count remained at 372.69 million, identical to the previous month, with no treasury shares outstanding or repurchased. The company reported zero share issuances, cancellations or redemptions during September, resulting in no change to total issued share capital.

CROSS-HARBOUR affirmed that its public float comfortably met the HKEX Main Board’s minimum 25 percent requirement as of 30 September 2026.

Under the share option scheme approved on 19 May 2025, 37.27 million options were outstanding at month-end. No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued or transferred from treasury, leaving the potential dilution from the scheme unchanged.

The filing also noted the absence of warrants, convertible securities or other share-linked instruments, and no movements in treasury shares throughout the month.

Company secretary Man Kit Ling confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule obligations related to the company’s securities have been duly satisfied.
