Prosper Construction Holdings Limited reported that its authorized share capital remained at 4,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 40,000,000 at the close of October 2025. The total number of issued shares stood at 800,000,000, unchanged from the previous month.
According to the announcement, there was no change in treasury shares, and no new shares were issued during the reporting period. Under the existing share option scheme, a total of 80,000,000 shares may potentially be issued, although there was no movement in outstanding share options this month.
