SDITC Receives Regulatory Approval for New Board Appointments

SDITC (01697) has announced that it has received official regulatory approval for the appointment of three new directors to its board.

According to the company's announcement, the National Financial Regulatory Administration's Shandong Office has issued the necessary approvals for the appointments. The approvals were conveyed through three separate official documents, numbered 319, 318, and 317 respectively, which pertain to the qualifications of Tian Zhiguo, Pan Liquan, and Chen Ping as directors of Shandong International Trust.

Effective from August 18, 2026, Mr. Tian has officially assumed the role of Executive Director of the company. Meanwhile, Mr. Pan and Mr. Chen have taken up their positions as Non-Executive Directors. This marks a significant governance update for SDITC (01697), which is a key player in China's trust and financial services sector.
