公司股份在联交所买卖的英文股份简称将由“GR LIFE STYLE”更改为“SR MEDICAL”，中文股份简称由“国锐生活”更改为“春雨医疗”，生效时间为2026年7月27日09:00。公司股份代号维持不变，仍为“108”。
同时，公司标志已更新，以反映新的公司名称。
公告指出，更改公司名称及标志不会影响股东的任何权利，也不会对集团的日常业务运营及财务状况造成影响。现有已发行股票继续作为股份法定所有权的有效凭证，并可照常用于买卖、结算、登记及交收；公司未来发行的新股票将印有新名称及标志。
