问：据悉，4月2日长和将与贝莱德签署巴拿马港口的交易协议，请问该交易是否要经过中国的反垄断审查批准？
国家市场监督管理总局反垄断二司负责人：我们注意到此交易，将依法进行审查，保护市场公平竞争，维护社会公共利益。
国家市场监督管理总局官网显示，反垄断执法二司，负责依法对经营者集中行为进行反垄断审查。负责查处违法实施的经营者集中案件，查处未达申报标准但可能排除、限制竞争的经营者集中案件。开展数字经济领域经营者集中反垄断审查。监督执行经营者集中附加限制性条件。指导企业在国外的反垄断应诉和合规工作。
