DEKON AGR (02419) has announced the appointment of Mr. Chen Yutang as an Independent Non-Executive Director to its third-term board of directors. Effective immediately, he will also serve as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee. His term will last until the conclusion of the third-term board's tenure.
