本报告期(截至2024年12月31日止年度)圣马丁国际控股有限公司营收约64.87亿港元,同比上涨15.42%。同期经调整净亏损约0.59亿港元,相较上年同期的亏损13.66亿港元明显收窄,降幅约57%。期内毛利率由上一年的13.10%降至9.90%,主要受原材料成本及芯片、电路短缺等因素影响。经营层面,经营活动现金流从去年同期的负7,718.1万港元,提升至正4,595.3万港元。

公司在销售及管理费用率方面略有波动,其中销售及分销成本约2,700.5万港元,研发投入约2,287.3万港元,占比基本保持平稳。

业务分项

媒体娱乐平台相关产品板块营收约1.69亿港元,同比增长73.69%,管理层将此归因于新兴市场业务的拓展。其他多媒体验收约1.03亿港元,同比增长2.41%。卫星电视设备及天线产品则实现营收约3.77亿港元,同比增长3.41%。三大主要板块合计带动公司整体收入上扬。
