MACAU E&M: April Share Capital Stable at 500 Million Shares; Public Float Meets Regulatory Threshold

Macau E&M Holding Limited released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for April 2026, confirming that the company’s authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the period.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital stood at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equal to HKD 20.00 million. • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 500.00 million, unchanged from March 2026. • No treasury shares were held or cancelled, keeping total issued shares at 500.00 million.

Public Float Compliance The company affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as of 30 April 2026.

Share Option Scheme Activity • No share options were exercised, granted, cancelled or lapsed in April. • The existing share option scheme, adopted on 21 August 2020, still allows up to 50.00 million shares to be issued upon future exercises. • No funds were raised from option exercises during the month.

Other Capital Instruments The issuer reported no outstanding or new warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Governance Confirmation Executive Director Cheong Ka Wo confirmed all share-related activities during the month complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant legal requirements.
