Dalipal Holdings Limited (1921) Announces Commissioning of New Intelligent Production Line

Dalipal Holdings Limited (the “Group”) recently announced the official commissioning of its new “Intelligent Production Line for High-End Energy Equipment Piping” on 8 November 2025 at its production base in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, China. Drawing on 27 years of experience in serving energy customers, the Group has incorporated intelligent equipment and green development measures throughout the manufacturing process, achieving a high level of automation, digital management, and sustainability.

The new production line is expected to increase production efficiency through full-process automation, reduce unit costs by optimizing its cost structure, and allow coverage of a range of oil pipe specifications while expanding into other high-value product categories such as high-pressure boiler tubes and high-end mechanical pipes. Additionally, the digital control system seeks to improve product consistency, thereby enhancing competitiveness. The project also supports the Group’s strategy for its “Dalipal High-End Energy Equipment Project” in Saudi Arabia by providing both technical and practical groundwork.

According to the announcement dated 10 November 2025, this commissioning marks a key milestone in the Group’s ongoing technological innovation and capacity upgrades, reinforcing its goal to offer advanced products and services to the global energy industry and generate sustainable value for shareholders and investors.
