CN ANCHU ENERGY (02399) announced that on November 25, 2025, the company granted 305 million share options to 17 eligible individuals under the share option scheme adopted on October 23, 2025. These options allow the subscription of up to 305 million ordinary shares with a nominal value of HK$0.0025 per share, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
