SpaceX史上最大IPO再添新纪录。随着承销商行使超额配售权，SpaceX此次上市募资总额升至857亿美元，刷新全球IPO历史。
据投资者关系公告，承销商已于周一正式行使"绿鞋"超额配售选择权，使融资总额增至862亿美元，扣除5亿美元承销费用后，募资额为857亿美元。此番超额配售金额本身便超过了历史上几乎所有科技公司的IPO规模。
Wedbush Securities分析师Dan Ives表示：“对OpenAI和Anthropic来说，SpaceX首秀和投资者反响积极是一个好兆头，因这两家公司都可能在年底前走上IPO之路。”
马斯克上周五在德克萨斯州星际基地总部向员工表示，此次选择上市是为了给公司"重大增长阶段"筹集资金。IPO所得资金预计将用于完成星舰火箭的研发并推进商业飞行，同时支持轨道数据中心及芯片工厂等多项雄心勃勃的战略布局。
