Jilin Province Chuncheng Heating Company Limited (Chuncheng Heating) reported that Executive Director, Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller Mr. Xu Chungang will step down effective 7 May 2026, citing work-related adjustments. With his departure, Mr. Xu will also vacate his positions as a member of the Board’s Remuneration Committee and as an authorised representative in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company stated that Mr. Xu has no disagreements with the Board and that no matters require shareholder or exchange attention, while extending formal appreciation for his service.

Effective the same date, existing Executive Director Mr. Zhang Liming has been appointed to fill Mr. Xu’s former seats on the Remuneration Committee and as authorised representative. Following these changes, the Board configuration remains: three non-executive directors (Mr. Song Chi—Chairman, Mr. Yang Zhongshi, Mr. Shi Mingjun), one executive director (Mr. Zhang Liming), three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Zhang Yan, Ms. Du Jie, Mr. Chan Sing Fai) and one employee director (Mr. Qiu Jianhua).
