JINGKELONG Clarifies Numbering Error in 2025 AGM Proxy Form

Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited (JINGKELONG) released a clarification regarding the proxy form for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board indicated that the special resolution on proposed amendments to the Articles of Association was mistakenly numbered “1” in both the Chinese and English proxy forms; it should read “5” to align with the numbering in the AGM circular and notice issued on 24 April 2026.

The Company confirmed that, aside from this correction, all other details in the circular, notice and proxy form remain unchanged. Proxy forms already submitted by shareholders will continue to be valid for the 2025 AGM and any adjournment.

The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Pan Xuemin on 8 May 2026. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors (Zhang Liwei, Wang Hong, Zhang Hongbo, Yang Wensheng), two non-executive directors (Zhang Yan, Li Ying) and three independent non-executive directors (Kot Man Tat, Wang Liping, He Mingke).
