Champion Alliance International Holdings Limited held its annual general meeting on 25 June 2026, with shareholders representing 350.28 million shares—or 64.13% of the 546.09 million shares in issue—casting votes by poll. Tricor Investor Services Limited served as the scrutineer.
All seven ordinary resolutions were approved:
1. 2025 financial statements and accompanying directors’ and auditor’s reports were adopted with 100% of votes cast in favour.
2. Executive directors Chen Chen, Hu Enfeng and Li Aiguo were each re-elected with unanimous consent.
3. The board was authorised to determine directors’ remuneration, receiving 100% support.
4. CCTH CPA Limited was re-appointed as auditor, also with full support.
5. A general mandate allowing the board to issue new shares up to 20% of issued share capital passed with 99.92% approval (280,000 votes, or 0.08%, against).
6. A separate mandate to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares was approved unanimously.
7. The extension of the share-issuance mandate by the amount of any shares repurchased received 99.92% approval.
No shareholders were required to abstain from voting, and no treasury shares were involved. All directors attended the meeting in person or electronically.
