JustCo Holdings Limited announced on Jun, 25 2026 that it will launch “the boring office” on Level 9 of The Octagon in Singapore’s central business district.

The new location is part of the expansion pipeline detailed in the company’s IPO prospectus. It will be the second “the boring office” in Singapore and the brand’s first presence in the CBD, offering about 130 workstations in configurations suited for one- to four-person teams.

Aimed at start-ups, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, the centre will provide essential workspace, connectivity and flexibility without premium amenities, allowing JustCo to serve cost-conscious customers.

The opening reinforces JustCo’s multi-brand strategy, which includes THE COLLECTIVE, JustCo and the boring office, enabling the firm to address a broader range of price points and workspace needs.

Since early 2026, JustCo has opened new centres in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore and Taipei, with additional launches scheduled in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Seoul, Tokyo and Yokohama.
