2026年5月21日，长风药业（02652）公告显示，公司于香港联交所场内回购49,500股H股，占该日前一交易日已发行股本的约0.0164%。每股回购价介乎18.94港元至20.46港元，合计付出964,495港元（约96.45万港元）。
回购完成后，公司库藏股数量增至901,000股，而公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由301,372,086股降至301,322,586股，总已发行股本仍为302,223,586股。根据2025年12月16日通过的购回授权，长风药业最多可回购30,222,358股，截至目前已累计回购901,000股，占购回授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.2981%。
公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，本次股份回购获董事会批准，相关手续均已依法完成。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书朱玉玉签署。
