百融云-W（股票代码：06608）7月31日公告称，公司于2026年7月31日在香港联交所场内回购B类普通股1,105,000股，该数量占回购前公司已发行股本约0.247%。本次回购的每股价格介于每股5.04港元至5.14港元之间，成交量加权平均价为每股5.0902港元，总耗资约562.47万港元。
回购完成后，公司于2026年7月31日的B类普通股数量为373,542,715股，库藏股为21,821,500股，已发行股本总数保持395,364,215股不变。公司本次回购依据2026年6月30日通过的股份购回授权，剩余可依据该授权回购的股份总数为44,987,317股。
公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则和适用法律法规的相关规定。公告由执行董事、主席兼行政总裁张韶峰签署。
