PAN ASIA DATA H (ASX: 01561) has announced that its current auditor, Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited, will retire at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 30, 2026. The board of directors has resolved not to propose the re-appointment of Baker Tilly as the company's auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.

Following a recommendation from the audit committee, the board has decided to propose the appointment of Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the new auditor of the company, effective upon the retirement of Baker Tilly. This proposal is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

If approved by shareholders, Zhongzheng Tianheng will serve as the company's auditor until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
