Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Limited (KINGMAKER) disclosed that it bought back 0.40 million ordinary shares on 10 August 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging between HKD 0.42 and HKD 0.425 per share. The outlay for the day reached HKD 0.17 million.
Including this latest purchase, KINGMAKER has repurchased 3.31 million shares since its 28 August 2025 general mandate, representing 0.49% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. All repurchased shares—totalling 3.31 million—remain outstanding pending cancellation.
Despite the series of repurchases, KINGMAKER’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 671.61 million shares as of 10 August 2026 because the cancelled status of the bought-back shares had not yet been effected.
The board reaffirmed that all repurchase transactions complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations. Following the 10 August buyback, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 September 2026, in accordance with listing rules.
