11月4日，东南亚打车和配送巨头Grab美股盘前暴跌11%！此前该公司发布的第三季度业绩显示，尽管收入超出预期，但利润增长有限。
截至2025年9月30日的第三季度，公司收入达8.73亿美元，超过分析师预估的8.71亿美元，同比增长22%，按固定汇率计算增长17%。
然而，季度利润仅为1700万美元，较去年同期仅增长200万美元，这令期待更强劲盈利增长的投资者感到失望。
结合移动出行和配送业务的按需GMV同比增长24%至58亿美元，调整后EBITDA同比增长51%至1.36亿美元。公司报告称，按过去十二个月计算，调整后自由现金流为2.83亿美元。
Grab集团首席执行官兼联合创始人陈炳耀表示："本季度标志着我们旅程中的又一重要进步，不仅体现在财务表现上，还体现在我们如何构建一个更具韧性、以技术为驱动的长期平台。"
Grab的配送业务收入同比增长23%至4.65亿美元，而移动出行业务收入同比增长17%，GMV达到20.4亿美元。金融服务表现最为强劲，收入同比增长39%至9000万美元，这主要得益于贷款业务的增长。
公司将全年收入指引上调至33.8亿-34亿美元，此前为33.3亿-34亿美元。Grab还将全年调整后EBITDA指引从此前的4.6亿-4.8亿美元上调至4.9亿-5亿美元。
尽管这些发展积极，但有限的利润增长似乎让期待更强劲盈利势头的投资者感到失望，导致公告后股价大幅下跌。
