On Thursday, major U.S. stock indices closed higher. Hong Kong ADRs also rose, with the Hang Seng Index ADR climbing 210.48 points or 0.82% proportionally to close at 25,962.88 points compared to the Hong Kong market close. Most large-cap blue-chip stocks advanced. HSBC Holdings ended at HK$141.435, up 1.83% from its Hong Kong close. Tencent Holdings closed at HK$508.192, down 0.06% from its Hong Kong session.
