2026年8月11日，金泰丰国际控股有限公司（09689）发布补充公告，就截至2025年12月31日止年度未动用的首次公开发行所得款项净额用途作出说明。
公告披露，公司原计划将部分募资用于提升增城油库码头停泊量。受2020年起新冠疫情及政府审批延迟影响，该项目进度受阻，最终决定暂停并终止与总承建商的合约。
基于业务已集中于珠海油库，董事会将原定投资于增城油库项目的款项重新分配至营运资金及一般企业用途。截至2025年12月31日，重新分配的款项人民币3,474,000元已全部使用，其中： 1) 运输开支约人民币2,084,000元（折合208.40万元）； 2) 与短期租赁相关开支约人民币1,390,000元（折合139.00万元）。
上述调整不影响公司现有业务及运营，其余年度报告信息保持不变。
