Lifetech Sci (01302) has announced a change to its board composition. Mr. Jiang Feng has been re-designated from a non-executive director to an independent non-executive director.
Concurrently, he has been appointed as a member of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee. These appointments will take effect from June 18, 2026.
