This sale includes four prime projects in Bukit Merah, Clementi, and Toa Payoh.
The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has launched 10,209 flats for sale under the July 2025 Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercises.
In a statement, the board said 5,547 units are specifically BTO flats offered across eight projects. Four are standard ones in Bukit Panjang, Sembawang, Tampines, and Woodlands, and the remaining are prime projects in Bukit Merah, Clementi, and Toa Payoh.
Under the BTO exercise, 7 out of 10 flats have waiting times of four years or less.
“A wide selection of flat types, ranging from 2-room Flexi to 3Gen flats, is available to cater to the diverse housing needs and budgets of Singaporeans,” HDB said, noting that selling price starts at $29,000 for standard flats, and $85,000 for prime flats.
For SBF units, HDB is offering 4,662 flats, which is more than the 3,000 SBF units initially committed. Selling price for the latest launches start at $5,000 depending on the flat type.
The latest offering along with the 5,590 flats launched in February 2025 brings the total SBF supply this year to more than 10,200 units – the largest annual supply since 2016.
