Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd. (LEAPMOTOR) has received formal approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to register the issuance of new domestic shares to two designated investors—FAW Equity Investment Co., Ltd. and Jinyi High-tech Investment Partnership. The approval, coded Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2026] No. 2434 and dated 10 September 2026, grants the company a 12-month window to complete the transaction in accordance with previously filed documents.

The share issuance will be executed under the general mandate endorsed at LEAPMOTOR’s 2024 annual general meeting on 25 June 2025. While the CSRC registration marks a major regulatory milestone, the placement remains contingent on conditions set out in the Domestic Shares Subscription Agreements, leaving completion uncertain at this stage.

LEAPMOTOR plans to adhere to all listing-rule requirements and will disclose further details as the process advances. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to remain cautious until the subscriptions are finalized.
