Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd. (000568.SZ) announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to invest in the construction of the Luzhou Laojiao Historical and Cultural Industrial Park and the Sichuan Chinese Baijiu Museum project. The company has decided to proceed with the project, which is expected to take approximately 50 months (including preparatory work) to complete, with a total investment of about 1.478 billion yuan. This includes 420 million yuan already allocated for the purchase of assets related to the Fenghuangshan Campus of Luzhou Laojiao Tianfu Middle School, a transaction previously approved by the board. The funding for the project will be self-raised by the company.
