Hong Kong—SHEIN Global Holdings Limited completed the 30-day post-listing stabilisation period for its Hong Kong IPO on 26 September 2026, according to a filing with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
During the stabilisation window, Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C., acting as Stabilising Manager, executed three key actions: 1. Placed over-allocations of 41.99 million Class B shares, equivalent to approximately 15% of the total offer size before any exercise of the over-allotment option. 2. Borrowed the same 41.99 million shares from Apex Sight Holdings Limited under a stock-borrowing agreement to cover the over-allocations. 3. Repurchased 41.99 million Class B shares in the open market at prices ranging from HK$35.90 to HK$48.56 per share, facilitating the return of all borrowed shares. The final market purchase occurred on 22 September 2026 at HK$38.28 per share.
The Sponsor-Overall Coordinators did not exercise the 15% over-allotment option, which therefore lapsed on 26 September 2026. No additional Class B shares will be issued under this provision.
Following the close of stabilisation, SHEIN confirmed that its public float remains in compliance with Listing Rule 8.08(1).
SHEIN is incorporated in the Cayman Islands with a weighted voting rights structure. The board is led by Chairman and CEO Mr Yangtian Xu, alongside three other executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
