KWUNGS AROMA (01925) has announced the resignation of Mr. Zhou Kai from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective May 29, 2026, due to other personal commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhou will also cease to serve as the Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, effective from the same date. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Xu Mingdong as an independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee, effective May 29, 2026.
