2026年8月7日，赛迪顾问股份有限公司（02176）公告称，根据对最近期未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月实现营业额较2025年同期减少约35%至45%。同期净利润预计为人民币4,299万元至8,597万元，较2025年同期的人民币42,985万元下降约80%至90%。
本期业绩下滑的主要原因包括：行业竞争加剧、客户需求变化及预算收紧，导致决策咨询服务等业务收入减少；同时，成本支出降幅低于收入降幅，进一步压缩利润空间。
赛迪顾问表示，目前半年度业绩仍在最终审定中，相关未经审计综合管理账目尚未由核数师及审计委员会审阅。公司计划于2026年8月内披露截至2026年6月30日止六个月的正式中期业绩。
