On 7 July 2026, Knowledge Atlas Technology Joint Stock Company Limited (Knowledge Atlas) issued a voluntary clarification announcement through Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, addressing recent media reports about its proposed A-share initial public offering (IPO).
The company stated that several media articles incorrectly claimed it had withdrawn the filing for regulatory tutoring related to its forthcoming A-share listing. In the interim, shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
The clarification was authorised by Executive Director and Chairman Dr. Liu Debing on behalf of the Board.
