创新药企海西新药本次拟全球发售1,150万股H股，公开发售占10%。招股价介乎69.88-86.4港元。基石投资者Harvest Oriental SP认购198.17万股，占发售总数17.23%。禁售承诺最后日期2026年4月19日。
