CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust unitholders clear all resolutions at AGM

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) announced that all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 22 2026 were approved by poll.

Unitholders adopted the Trustee’s Report, Manager’s Statement and the audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, with 99.58% of the 4.97 billion units voted in favour.

Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as external auditors until the next AGM, receiving 99.91% support.

The meeting also authorised the Manager to issue new units and grant convertible instruments, backed by 88.52% of votes cast, and renewed the unit buy-back mandate with 99.80% approval.

The AGM was held at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, and concluded at 3:58 p.m.
