太平洋航运（02343）8月6日发布公告，董事会宣布就截至2026年6月30日止六个月派发中期股息，每股0.155港元。
本次股息为普通股息，不设股东批准日期。股票将于2026年8月20日除净；合资格股东的记录日期为2026年8月24日。股份过户登记手续将在2026年8月24日暂停办理一天，投资者须在2026年8月21日16时30分前递交过户文件，以符合获派股息资格。
股息派发日定于2026年9月3日，派息货币为港元，汇率1港元兑1港元。
