2026年9月2日，承达集团有限公司（股票代码：01568）披露了截至2026年8月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，普通股于本月无新增发行、购回或注销，股本维持不变。
承达集团本月未发生法定或注册股本变动。截至8月31日，普通股的已发行股份数目为2,180,210,000股，库存股份为0股，合计总股本依旧为2,180,210,000股。公司同时确认其持续符合香港联交所规定的最低公众持股量要求。
根据本期月报，承达集团未出现任何股份期权或股权激励计划的变动，也未有购回或注销股份的情况。公司表示，所有涉及发行、出售或转让证券的事项均严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》以及相关法律法规，并已获得董事会必要授权。
