9月15日，新天绿色能源股份有限公司（00956）公告称，原计划于2026年9月15日或之前寄发的有关新金融服务框架协议下持续关连交易及须予披露交易的通函，将延迟至2026年9月30日或之前寄发。
公司表示，延迟原因在于需要更多时间以确定通函所载若干资料。此前，公司已于2026年8月25日披露该框架协议，并承诺在15个营业日内寄发通函。
根据公告，通函内容将包括：（i）新金融服务框架协议的详细信息；（ii）独立董事委员会就协议项下存款服务（包括每日最高存款余额）向独立股东发出的推荐建议函；（iii）独立财务顾问嘉林资本发出的意见函；以及（iv）临时股东大会通告。
董事会授权执行董事兼总裁谭建鑫于2026年9月15日在河北石家庄发布本公告。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：非执行董事曹欣、李连平、秦刚、张旭蕾、卢荣及赵士毅；执行董事谭建鑫；独立非执行董事周文港、杨晶磊、陈奕斌及刘斌。
