The notice highlights the following operational arrangements:

• Shareholders are encouraged to review the English and Chinese versions via the online platforms (“Website Version”). • Non-registered holders who encounter difficulties accessing the digital files may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing the attached request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided; no postage is required within Hong Kong. Email requests can be sent to 750-ecom@vistra.com. • Non-registered holders preferring to receive all future corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their intermediary—bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until an email address is recorded, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched. • The instruction selected on the request form will remain valid for future communications until written notice is given to the registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever is earlier.
