特朗普发文表示：伊朗必须承诺永远不研发、拥有核武器及核弹。霍尔木兹海峡须立即全面开放，双向航运完全通行无阻、不得收取任何通行费。
海峡内若存有水雷（爆炸装置），须全部清除。我方已动用先进扫雷艇，通过引爆方式销毁了大量水雷；剩余水雷数量已然不多，伊朗须立即完成全部剩余水雷的清除或引爆工作。
此前因我方实施规模空前的海上封锁而滞留海峡的船只，如今封锁正式解除，各船即可启程返航！11 个月前，我方 B-2 隐形轰炸机发动强力打击，致使山体近乎坍塌，高浓缩核材料（也被称作 “核废料”）被深埋于地下。
经各方商定，美方将联合伊朗伊斯兰共和国以及国际原子能机构，共同开挖这批深埋的核材料并予以彻底销毁。在另行通知前，各方暂不进行资金往来。其余次要事项均已达成共识。我即刻前往战情室作出最终裁定。感谢各方对此事的关注！
