New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (“New Gonow RV”) has circulated a notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 9:30 a.m. on 26 Jun 2026 in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province, PRC. The agenda focuses on capital mandates, board composition and audit arrangements.

Share capital and proposed mandates • Issued share capital stands at 960.00 million ordinary shares. • A general mandate is sought to issue, allot or transfer up to 192.00 million new shares, equivalent to 20% of current issued shares (excluding treasury shares). • A separate mandate would allow repurchase of up to 96.00 million shares, or 10% of the issued total. • An extension mandate would add any repurchased shares to the 20% issuance limit. All mandates, if approved, will remain in force until the earlier of the next AGM, the statutory deadline for holding the 2027 AGM, or their earlier revocation.
