上海心瑋醫療科技股份有限公司（06609）于2026年1月2日发布翌日披露报表，宣布已于同日回购27,150股H股，占该次交易前公司已发行H股的0.0878%。回购价格介乎每股港币53.4元至54.6元，涉资约港币1,466,247.5元（约146.62万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行H股数量由30,932,954股降至30,905,804股，同时库藏股数量增至660,000股。公司表示，此次回购乃根据2025年5月26日通过的购回授权进行，授权总数为3,156,580股，截至公告日累计回购660,000股，占授权当日已发行股本的2.0909%。
公司确认本次回购及股份变动已遵守香港交易所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事王国辉签署。
