Jul 29

Man Sang International Limited has announced that its latest Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.msil.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access the digital version for immediate review.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties viewing the online report—or who prefer hard copies—can obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the accompanying request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can be mailed using the provided prepaid label within Hong Kong or sent via email to 938-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically should supply their email addresses to the relevant intermediary—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited—through which their shares are held. Until a functional email address is registered with these intermediaries, shareholders will receive printed notices of publication.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
