CHINA OILFIELD (02883) announced that Ms. Zhao Lijuan, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's board nomination committee, effective December 19, 2025. Following this appointment, the nomination committee now consists of four members: Mr. Yao Xin (Chairman), Mr. Zhao Shunqiang, Mr. Guo Linguang, and Ms. Zhao Lijuan.
