同仁堂科技（01666）7月9日公告称，公司自2026年7月9日起进行管理层职务调整。原董事会秘书韩贯召因工作调整辞任；马咏仪因工作调整不再担任上市规则第3.05条下的授权代表，但继续担任公司秘书及根据上市规则第19A.13(2)条和香港公司条例第16部规定的香港法律程序文件及通知代理人。韩贯召和马咏仪均确认与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他事项需要股东或联交所关注。
同日起，公司委任梅哲为授权代表、董事会秘书，并与马咏仪共同担任联席公司秘书。
简历信息显示，37岁的梅哲分别于2011年获莫纳什大学文学学士学位，并于2023年获香港都会大学企业管治硕士学位。她为香港公司治理公会及英国特许公司治理公会会士会员。2024年3月至2026年6月，梅哲曾任中国新城镇发展有限公司（01278）公司秘书。
董事会对韩贯召在任期间的贡献致谢，并欢迎梅哲履新。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事张毅、张春友及温凯婷；非执行董事杜欣、冯莉；独立非执行董事陈清霞、詹原竞及萧耀熙；以及职工董事朱东生。
